We have some massive news, Saskatoon! On June 4th, Bannock Express is teaming up with APTN’s Chuck and the First People’s Kitchen! 🎥✨
The cameras will be rolling as we showcase our famous, signature Bannock Burgers and talk about our crowd-favorite Spicy Saskatoon Jam. But we aren’t just cooking for the cameras—we are cooking for our community.

To help tackle food insecurity right here in Saskatoon, we will be giving away these gourmet burger meals to those who need them most. 🍔❤️

On June 4th, Bannock Express is teaming up with an APTN’s Chucks The First Peoples Kitchen for an incredible community event.

We will be filming and serving up FREE, gourmet bannock dishes to people in need. Our goal is to shine a light on food insecurity, inspire others to give back, and spread some love through amazing food! 🇨🇦✨

⚠️ A Note on Privacy & Dignity: > Our main focus is addressing food insecurity and preparing the food and distributing it — NOT putting vulnerable people on display. There will be clear signs letting everyone know cameras are present. If you do not want to be filmed, your privacy will be strictly respected, and you will STILL be fed! No exceptions.

This Weekend 🛑

To my amazing Bannock Express family,

I want to let you all know that Bannock Express is closed.

As many of you know, I am the sole owner and operate as a one-man show here, all while balancing the beautiful chaos of raising my children. This weekend, I need to step away from the kitchen to focus on some essential behind-the-scenes paperwork for my businesses and prepare for an incredibly important upcoming business meeting.

While it’s tough to close the doors, the work I am doing this weekend is all about building a stronger, better future for my family and for Bannock Express.

My sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, and I truly appreciate your understanding and endless support.
I’ll see you guys very soon! 🏽✨

❤️✨ Bless Sage Clan Patrol and all the amazing volunteers ❤️✨

PATROL REPORT May 9th + DONATION REQUEST

4 of us went on patrol. Food provided by Bannock Express. We walked towards PHR and quickly ran out of everything — socks, underwear, clothing and hygiene products. As always we had naloxone to hand out.

The needs are high for our unhoused and unstably housed relatives. We enjoyed having an unhoused relative join our patrol to help out!

Last Saturday, May 2, 8 of us patrolled. We went to station 20 West and then to Ave C and 19th street. Bannock Express provided for this patrol as well. ❤️

I worked through many Mothers Days!! This year I will celebrate with my children who are growing up so fast!

Today, we honour the mothers, grandmothers, and matriarchs who lead our families with strength and heart. ❤️

As the heartbeat of the home and the keepers of our future, they are our foundation. Let’s celebrate the wisdom and unconditional love of the women who raised us, as well as the ancestors who paved the way.

Nothing was stopping the Bannock Dog Delivery today! 🚗💥

Even a fender bender and a crunched car door couldn't keep us away. We might have been 30 minutes behind schedule, but we made sure the mission was accomplished.

Today’s Menu:
✨Two of my signature Bannock Dogs with Chilli (hearty, warm, and delicious!)
✨An ice-cold Pepsi to wash it down.

We aren’t doing this alone. A massive shout-out to our community and the Sage Clan Patrol for their boots-on-the-ground support in handing out these meals. It’s amazing what happens when a community chooses compassion over indifference.

Community Support in Full Bloom! 🌸

My heart is absolutely full after today. We just finished Round Two of our donated meals, and seeing the community come together like this is nothing short of incredible.

Today, we were able to hand out loaded bannock tacos, cold Pepsis, and the most beautiful personalized cookies. A massive, heartfelt thank you to:
