We are incredibly excited to learn from this year’s afternoon Keynote, Ashley Breland! ✨💕

Ashley is a dedicated Métis social work therapist and owner of Breland Counselling & Consulting. With a profound dedication to anti-oppressive practices and a trauma-informed approach, she empowers individuals to embrace their inherent strength and navigate their unique challenges through collaborative dialogues. Ashley emphasizes the importance of understanding and establishing boundaries in both her online presence and therapy space, exploring how they can lead to greater joy and liberation in life. She addresses the complexities of boundary-setting, the reasons it can be challenging, and how fostering healthy boundaries can transform relationships and personal well-being. Rooted in intersectional feminist values, Ashley actively confronts both internal and systemic oppressions, guiding her clients toward a holistic sense of empowerment and freedom.
