Nearly ten years of partnership, and we’re still grateful for every opportunity to work together. Earlier this month, we were excited to spend a few days with this outstanding group, delivering another successful Saskatchewan Crops Forum.
With our team on-site throughout the event, every detail was carefully executed. Here’s a look at what we delivered:
✨ Venue & Event Logistics
We managed all venue and event logistics, including AV coordination for lighting, sound, staging, and backdrops; securing Food & Beverage for lunches and receptions; designing the room layout; and completing a detailed site visit. We also organized a standout beer-tasting experience featuring specialty barley beers.
✨ Receptions & Hospitality
Our team coordinated all reception details, including Board of Directors accommodations and catering for the Tuesday and Wednesday evening networking receptions.
✨ Speaker Management
From keynote presentations to breakout sessions and panels, we built a comprehensive speaker schedule. We led speaker negotiations, managed contracts, collected bios, photos, and presentation materials, and arranged hotel accommodations for our valued speakers.
✨ Branding & Design
We brought the conference brand to life through thoughtfully designed print and digital promotional assets. This included conference nametags, table programs, and visually engaging slide decks used throughout the event.
✨ Registration & Onsite Experience
We handled the full registration process—from setup and testing to weekly reporting—and managed onsite registration to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for attendees.
