With 160 acres of beautiful mountain views and hidden valleys, staying with us feels like you're truly nestled within a BC mountainside...because you are. While farming is our family dream, we love to share our ranch with others and show them how amazing farming is, and how incredibly lucky we are to have the opportunity to raise horses and livestock in a loving environment. Guests are welcome to

explore the ranch as they stroll along the main road or really enjoy some of the most beautiful landscape nature has to offer by hiking along various trails. Feel free to picnic on our private bank of Salmon River. If you'd like to meet our horses or other livestock simply let us know and we'll take out on a tour and meet the most amazing animals along the way. Camping, weddings and events help us sustain our farm. We are excited to be able to welcome you, your family and friends, to our ranch and help make your stay the most incredible experience ever!

We have several hidden treasure that we keep very special for mother nature here on the ranch. 🤗 While guests get to see the farm side of things, there's a hidden world we keep protected. ❤️

An incredible pond filled with painted turtles and more natural wildlife we could ever list, a creek thats home to wildlife and nature so green you'd barely believe your eyes, mountain trails only we know about (and gladly give the coyotes, deer, bear and moose the right of way!) 🤣.

We're truly fortunate to live where we do, and if you have a back yard big enough, we absolutely encourage you to make it a paradise for you and mother nature to share. 🤗

The shop that created this gorgeous cake sadly sent it fully built for someone in the wedding to pick up in Vernon and bring to the venue. The delivery person did everything right!

Three Food mistakes that will leave your guests unimpressed:

1) Long wait after your ceremony with nothing to do (usually while you're getting photos done with your bridal party). Guests get grumpy when they stand around for hours.
*We ensure this doesn't happen by creating a perfect timeline and keep every moment filled with food & drinks! With your bar open and your DJ playing music, your guests have a wonderful combo of entertainment as they mingle...but we make it even more enjoyable by providing a huge buffet of light snacks for guests to enjoy. You can add even more fun to this time by adding some fun lawn games to the courtyard, guests will play these all evening long.

2) Trying to "impress" instead of feeding people well.
A lot of couples pick trendy food that looks cool online but isn’t filling or doesn’t fit their crowd. Guests care more about foods that tastes good rather than a fancy plate they don’t understand. Aim for a main that most people will like, add one fun option, and make sure plates actually feel like a meal.
*Our snack buffets (both for cocktail hour and late night) are filled with foods that we know guests love (because it's our job to know this!)
