About: The skirt and tie are made with a cotton tartan/plaid I found in the discount bin at Fabricland. The shirt is made of a random polyester blend fabric that's been in my stash for years and the sweater is hammy downs from my nonno

Shirt pattern is from preivous projects, took apart a tie and used that as a pattern, the skirt is a 3X5 pleat.
