Help Build the Future of Pizza GuyNB, Wood Fired Pizza 🔥

For the past several years, Pizza Guy Wood Fired Pizza has traveled throughout New Brunswick and Eastern Canada serving:

weddings,
festivals,
markets,
exhibitions,
and private events.

What started as a simple mobile wood-fired oven has grown into something much bigger:

a live-fire pizza experience people remember.

Now we’re looking to take the next step.

THE GOAL

We want to transform our current open trailer into a fully enclosed:

Certified Class 4 Mobile Kitchen

This would allow Pizza Guy to:

operate more efficiently,
accept short-notice bookings,
reduce permit delays,
and serve more communities throughout Atlantic Canada.

A certified Class 4 mobile kitchen is inspected regularly and creates far more flexibility for events, catering, festivals, and weddings.

Right now, opportunities are sometimes lost because temporary permits can require weeks of processing time.

This build changes that.

WHAT THE NEW TRAILER WILL INCLUDE

The upgraded trailer will feature:

Steel-framed enclosed trailer build
Wood-fired oven integrated into the structure
Swing-open oven door with wind protection
Raised prep stage for live pizza preparation
Compact Class 4 kitchen
Slide-out handwashing station
Propane refrigerator
Generator compartment
LED lighting & branded presentation
Pizza warming/storage shelves
Storage for equipment and event setup

Most importantly:
Guests will still be able to watch every pizza made live over fire.

THIS IS MORE THAN A FOOD TRAILER

Pizza Guy is built around:

interaction,
fire,
movement,
music,
and experience.

Guests watch dough stretched by hand, pizzas fired at 730°F, and food prepared directly in front of them.

The goal is to create:

an unforgettable mobile wood-fired experience.

WHY WE’RE CROWDFUNDING

A fabricator previously estimated the trailer conversion at approximately:

$14,000

With support from local welders and builders, we believe the project may be completed closer to:

$10,000

But as a small independent business, that level of investment is difficult to manage alone.

That’s why we’re exploring crowdfunding and community support.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE

We’re currently interested in connecting with:

and anyone who has experience helping launch community-driven projects.
