Vaudreuil’s Finest: Karen from L’Atelier The Workshop 🧘♀️💪
What began as a shift from corporate life to motherhood sparked a new purpose for Karen — creating a space where movement, connection, and community come together. After 15 years in aviation marketing and becoming a busy mom of three, she knew it was time for something different.
That’s when L’Atelier The Workshop was born — a group fitness studio in Vaudreuil that’s more than just workouts. It’s a space built on real connection, shared journeys, and joy in movement.
With members ranging from teens to folks in their 70s, the studio offers inclusive and accessible classes in person, on Zoom, and on demand. Whether you're a new mom, post-menopausal, or just looking for a welcoming fitness space — L’Atelier is built for you.

Après 15 ans en marketing dans l’aviation et la naissance de ses trois enfants, Karen a ressenti le besoin de changement. C’est ainsi qu’est né L’Atelier The Workshop — un studio de mise en forme à Vaudreuil, axé sur le mouvement, la connexion humaine et la communauté.
Bien plus qu’un entraînement, c’est un espace inclusif et accessible, avec des cours en studio, sur Zoom ou sur demande. Des ados aux personnes dans la soixantaine et plus, chacun y trouve sa place — peu importe où il en est dans sa vie ou son parcours bien-être.
