Innovation was front and center at this year’s E‑Health26 Conference and Tradeshow at the Halifax Convention Centre .

Our team delivered a fully built 74‑booth exhibition hall, a dedicated Start‑Up Zone, and custom Academic Showcase kiosks designed to highlight innovation across Canada’s digital health community. From branded exhibitor packages to a large registration hub and a custom podcast stage, every space was built to support learning, connection, and content creation.

Networking lounges, IBM‑branded engagement areas, and venue‑wide wraps, decals, and wayfinding helped elevate the attendee experience and keep the event flowing smoothly .

Meet Erin Ockochinski👋

Our Graphic Designer in Edmonton, Erin brings more than a decade of experience in visual design, drafting, and event layout planning - including several years with Global Convention Services.

From creating detailed floor plans and 3D renderings to designing exhibits and mapping out full conference and tradeshow environments, Erin plays a key role in shaping how our events come to life long before installation day. She works closely with clients and account managers to ensure every layout meets safety standards, fits the space, and supports the attendee experience.

“Floor plans are very meditative for me because it’s essentially building a puzzle,” she says - and that problem‑solving mindset shows in every project she touches. One standout for her was the PGA Alberta builds, where she had the chance to get creative with golf‑themed elements and detailed spatial planning.

Behind each rendering, diagram, and booth layout are hours of coordination, revisions, and technical design - work that often goes unseen but is essential to delivering seamless events across the country.

We’re grateful to have Erin on the team, helping turn concepts into clear, functional, and beautifully designed event spaces every day.

The World Geothermal Congress brought global energy leaders to Calgary this June, and our team was proud to support the experience from the moment attendees arrived 🔥🌎.

We built a fully branded registration hub with custom hardwall backdrops, self‑check‑in kiosks, bag pickup stations, and a polished welcome environment designed to keep arrivals smooth and organized.

Inside the venue, we delivered a premium exhibition floor with 42 hardwall booths, larger 20’ x 10’ builds, a dedicated E‑Poster Hall, and over 1,900 feet of red aisle carpeting to elevate the show environment. With extensive signage, environmental branding, exhibitor services, and opening ceremony furnishings, the event came together as a seamless, high‑impact conference for the geothermal community.

We were proud to support the 101st CDA Annual Conference at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre in partnership with Intertask Conferences. Our team delivered a fully branded, functional environment - from custom registration counters and a dedicated speaker-ready space to a clean, professional trade show floor with pipe‑and‑drape booths, branded signage, and daily maintenance.

Attendee engagement was a major focus this year, with a branded selfie station, the Post‑Peel Report Studio, and a tabletop advocacy area. Throughout the venue, wraps, decals, and branded touchpoints helped elevate sponsor visibility and guide the attendee journey.

A great event for the dermatology community, and an even better collaboration.

We had a blast supporting this year’s Canadian Veterinary Medical Association Convention at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Prince Edward 🐾. Our team built a bright, cohesive marketplace with 100 white pipe‑and‑drape booths, custom signage, and a welcoming registration experience. Attendees were greeted by a photo‑ready custom entrance feature complete with tropical plants, branded graphics, and a digital display.

Comfortable lounge spaces, clear wayfinding, and decorative enhancements helped create a warm, engaging environment for the veterinary community all weekend long 🐶. Proud to help bring this event to life!
