🌷 We're Hiring, But Not Just Anyone

At Keirstead's Flower & Gift Shop, we're not your average flower shop. We've been a part of Saint John's history for over 100 years and we take that experience and put it where it counts in each and every arrangement we make. We take our work seriously and we have a lot of fun doing it.

We're looking for someone who gets that.

You might be our person if:
✅ You're the one in your friend group constantly dressing everyone up
✅ You take pride in design and beyond what's "cute" or trendy
✅ You're comfortable saying "I don't know, but I'll find out!"
✅ You love talking to people and genuinely want to help them
✅ You show up on time, own your mistakes, and don't need to be babysat

What the job actually looks like:
🌸 Helping customers find the perfect arrangement or gift for the right occasion
🌸 Stocking shelves, receiving orders, processing flowers, keeping the store looking great
🌸 Learning. A lot. Design is always changing and it's a big part of the job
🌸 Lifting up to 50 lbs to chest height is a requirement of this job

What we're looking for:
➡️ A genuine love for art and design
➡️ Curiosity and willingness to to keep learning
➡️ Reliability and a strong sense of personal responsibility
➡️ Availability including at least one weekend day
