The latest addition to my menu, this veggie slaw can be selected as a side dish option. Its a cross between a coleslaw and a broccoli salad. This salad is healthy and delicious. It consists of lots of fresh veggies such as cabbage, broccoli, peppers, apples, etc. plus dried cranberries and a semi sweet homemade dressing with honey and extra virgin olive oil.
