We are Hiring: Wedding & Event Assistant (Part-Time / Seasonal)

About the Role:
As our Wedding & Event Assistant, you’ll support behind the scenes & occasionally on event days. You’ll help ensure details are executed seamlessly, and be a supportive presence for both our team and our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with event setup, styling, and teardown
* Support the lead planner during weddings and events
* Run errands and complete wedding related pick ups (cake, decor, etc.)
* Provide a calm, professional presence for clients and vendors
* Handle small but important details (decor placement, problem-solving, etc.)

Experience in events is a bonus—but attitude, work ethic, and fit matter more. We especially value candidates with backgrounds in teaching, childcare, hospitality, or other roles that require patience, adaptability, and strong communication.
Details:
* Part-time / Seasonal
* Thursday & Friday Evenings, Saturdays and Sunday Mornings.
* Roughly 2-3 Weekends per month; 4-15 hours per week.
*Compensation: $18/hour
* 2-3 Roles are available
* Hours vary based on event schedule
* Season runs from Mid June - Early October (Training happening Mid May) - We recognize that teachers and other seasonal professionals may only be available through September, and we still encourage you to apply if this role feels like the right fit for you.
* Availability on Friday days is preferred
* Applicants must have their own transportation to get to and from events
