Ah yes OXTAILS. This batch raised for 6 hours in Shiraz and Guinness until the meat falls off of the bone. The braising stock will be reduced to make a rich sauce. They are a 'special order' item that we make occasionally for customers that really appreciate them. These are for an expat South African/English couple in NOTL who love 'old 'school' preparations. We also sell Lamb Shanks, prepared similarly. And don't forget our other frozen and fresh preparations for pickup or we will deliver. Cheers, Robin
