We might be a little bit crazy… okay, a lot crazy. In the midst of raising 5 young kids, we decided to plant 300 peony roots this past fall and spring. We weren’t sure they were going to make it due to the drainage and soil situation on our own property. All the peonies that are in the shed are grown on our greenhouse fields.

It’s been messy, chaotic, and kind of beautiful—just like our life. We’re dreaming of a future filled with backyard peonies blooming in every direction, hopefully in a couple of years. 🌸

Until then, we’ll be over here chasing kids and checking on baby peony plants—fueled by coffee, dirt, and a whole lot of love. ❤️
