Good morning, we are slowly starting to look at adding Protein Bars, Protein Cookies and Sugar Less Sweets to the menu. I will be looking for a few volunteers to "sample" new item. Please message me if your interested, I will be taking the first five reach out :)

We are changing it up this week, enjoy a tangy Buffalo Chickpea Salad with House made Buffalo Dressing (made with yogurt to keep it healthy). The Mediterranean Power Salad made with House made Tzatziki Dressing (made with yogurt to keep it healthy.) We're changing up the Peach Salad this week as well. Instead of Blueberries and a Blueberry Vinegrette; we're adding additional local peaches and Sunflower Seeds. This salad will have a Housemade Peach Vinegrette.
