Andrews, NB, just 60 minutes over the US border from coastal Maine. NewBEMF, hosted by the St. Andrews Arts Council is also unique in its focus on combining college-level academic classes for credit through Millikin University (Decatur, IL) with pre-professional performing opportunities and significant community involvement.
