Special visitors Magnolia and Lucy from Wedding + Event Burro Entertainment and Barnyard Experience attended cocktail hour to hand out treats and warmed the hearts of all the guests. We love seeing how the creative ideas come together from the initial discussions to the Wed walkthrough when all the hard work is handed over to our team to execute your vision into reality.
The planning, the buildup, the handover = time to relax a little before the wedding with the knowledge that we got this. We'll handle the rest so you can enjoy your wedding that you worked so hard to plan!

Guest experience was an important part of this wedding day. Sean and Marissa chose an amazing grazing table for cocktail hour and family style dinner service by Appetite Delight Cafe There were two bar locations so guests were never far away from drink options. Bottomz Up Bartending & Events brought their adorable bar trailer that was situated near the games for all canned options, while our Saloon served up signature drinks and the full bar menu. Sean also built not one, but three treat walls that were filled with snacks, desserts and personalized donuts. No one went hungry or thirsty!
Beautiful floral centerpieces from Flowers In The Park added elegance to the tables that were filled with platters and bowls of food! Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and it was evident to all that shared in their day. Congratulations Sean & Marissa❤️

Mackenzie & Michael enjoyed a beautiful September long weekend wedding with wonderful weather surrounded by family and friends.
We are blessed to meet so many people each weekend and love watching our couples enjoy dancing and visiting with their guests!

There's something about including live music at your ceremony and cocktail hour that elevates the experience for everyone. Clare Pellerin (she/elle) is an amazing musician and we hope to see her again! The bouquets from TwinFlower Studio were so beautiful as always and Edmonton and Alberta Corporate & Wedding DJ kept the party going.
Shannon & Austin chose all their vendors off our preffered list and the amazing team made their wedding day stress free.

Angela and Matt thoughtfully created a timeline that allowed them to be present and enjoy their day with family and friends. A wedding day can pass by so quickly. Angela stepped away from getting ready that morning to walk through the barn and ceremony site, and take in all those details as they came together. What a wonderful way to start your wedding day! A beautiful pastel wedding theme for Jordan and Holly's July 18th wedding! They spent a few years sourcing vintage China plates and colorful glasses that created a gorgeous tablescape! Our bud vases were filled with fresh blooms from Travis Mills | Calyx Floral Design who also designed the arch pieces and aisle markers that were transferred into the barn for the perfect finish to this theme!

Record breaking rainfall did not dampen the day for Mackenzie and David. They took it all with a wonderful attitude, a lot of laughs and dancing in the puddles! We are forever grateful that we are blessed with amazing couples that make every moment of their wedding day as memorable as possible!
