We are thrilled to have won the 2025 Best Event Decor/Design Over $50,000 award at the 10th Annual ILEA Vancouver Awards Gala! The Fairytale Fantasy awards evening was a wonderful celebration of talent in the Vancouver event industry, and it was an honor to share the night with fellow vendors. Being recognized among such remarkable individuals is truly humbling.Upon receiving notice of the extended submission deadline in May, we eagerly seized the chance to showcase our glamorous design for the event. Designing a gala inspired by the Grammy Awards demanded bold vision, technical expertise, and flawless ex*****on. Key Events and Weddings was entrusted with creating a seamless, immersive experience under the Modern Lux theme. With only a 9-hour installation window, our team developed a multi-faceted event featuring a ballroom stage, a foyer red carpet welcome wall, a live music cocktail lounge, and an elegant dinner setting, all tied together by a cohesive visual language.This award reflects the hard work and dedication of our exceptional team and collaborators, along with the strong relationship we’ve forged with our client. We are immensely grateful for everyone’s contributions and look forward to future collaborations.The 10th Annual ILEA Vancouver Award Gala was an unforgettable evening spent with friends in the Vancouver event industry. A heartfelt thank you to the ILEA Vancouver and ILEA Canada teams for their support in our submission and for the honor of winning this award.
