As well as providing UBC's renowned rowing program a permanent base, The John MS Lecky UBC Boathouse serves as a base for operations of the Richmond Rowing and Paddling Centre. With access to the finest facilities and the best location for training and racing in the Lower Mainland, recreational Dragon Boat Programs to elite University rowing programs are served from this fabulous facility. Through the Richmond Rowing and Paddling Centre Richmond residents have access to programming tailored to support and enhance an outdoor healthy lifestyle.
