Character dance is an essential and inspiring component of pre-professional ballet training at Karpov Ballet Academy. Rooted in the rich traditions of classical ballet, it brings color, individuality, and expressive artistry to a dancer’s education.
This distinctive style encourages dancers to discover and express their unique personality through movement, while developing musicality, character, stage presence, and dramatic expression.
