The time has finally come for Tyler and I to part ways with the flower farm.

We’ve been growing flowers for 5 beautiful seasons on our little farm that we started from scratch.

From the beginning, doing this was something I wanted so deeply : the passion for Hummingbee was driving my life since about 2021.

However, you may know that this last year I decided to go ahead and become a Realtor with RE/MAX... and well, I love it.

I really can’t explain how excited I am about this next stage in my career, and although I truly thought that the farm would stay my priority, it has been extremely tough to juggle the workloads and overlapping schedules.

I’ve come to terms with a brave decision, one I was scared to make..

Previous versions of me would have been heartbroken to hear this, because we worked so hard to build this beautiful place and I have built my perception of myself around this flower farming identity.

However.

I am ready to let go.

I know it’s the right step for me to preserve my passion for flowers and gardening at a scale that is sustainable and nourishing to me.

I’m really looking forward to it actually!

So don’t be too sad!

We will be putting the property up for sale in the coming weeks, it is pretty awesome, a little weird, super cheap and ready for its next amazing owner.
