Photographing these beauties today in Vancouver at Queen Elizabeth Park!!

I came across the water to Vancouver 2 weeks ago to shoot their engagement. We did a big overnight hike up Saint Marks Summit. These are a couple photos from the shoot!

I found a bright reddish light shining from the firmament tonight, last night, right now, whatever.

Did it, I stayed up and took a picture of it, woo.

This was the ONLY picture I got because it clouded over right afterwards, so its blurry and not really what I had in mind, but I like the colors and such.

Super coooooool.

This was from a little town in Myanmar. I traveled 8 hours north by train, hitchhiked for 2 days and borrowed a Kayak to cross a lake, just to get to this town I saw on an old map in Yangon, Myanmar's capitol. Crossing the water was the only way in and out. Some of the most interesting people I've ever "met" in my life.
I decided to go to a place so far off the beaten path, not one person spoke English. But, also wouldn't have had the experience if I didn't push the boundaries.
Get off the beaten path and leave the phone behind when you do. Get yourself lost and find your way out. Life is too short.
Just going through a few older travel photos. I've got endless photoshoots and travel photos that I'm going to be sharing more often. Hope you don't mind 🧙‍♂️

A little secret Old Growth forest that I like to do photoshoots in, I've got a couple spots like this. I find being with the forest creatures and plants helps me connect into nature. After spending some time in the forest, I start to drop into a relaxed and clearity state, where things just flow easily. There’s something really special about old growth forests that can't be explained, you just have to go yourself and spend some time in greens.

To me It’s not just about the massive trees, hundreds to thousands of years old (and very impressive), its also about all plant life. These forests are older than the old growth trees and have been growing and forming forever into what they are now. The natural medicines, the bugs, the symbiosis of the plants working together through trial and error, animals that have passed down information. Nothing will replace that, ever.

I just really like nature and what it offers. That’s all.

My little rant.

Just thought I’d a couple smiles.

This is an older photo, but still one of my favorites I’ve taken. When I was traveling in Myanmar, I wanted to learn more about monks and meditation. God, the universe connected me with these souls for awhile. Hard to explain but it was meant to happen for me. Also there are 500,000 monks in Myanmar, so there’s that 😂.

.I was looking for a kick arse massage therapist to help me with my neck problems, a mutual friend told me about this masseuse Madie (MAT Studio) and her excellence. Booked in and went to her studio in Parksville/Qualicum, which was really nice and tasteful inside. She ended up being one of the greatest masseuses I’ve ever been to. My neck felt better right after the session. It’s not your typical massage, she has a very particular way of getting into those deep tissue parts of the body. She listens to the body, and moves from there, working on those areas most needed, which is mucho importante!

Madie said “I created MAT Studio as a physical space expression of who I am; a body that holds emotionally intelligent experiences, it wants to expand and deepen it’s awareness through it’s movements.”

We wanted to have a sunrise photoshoot with her table on the beach for the colors and the feel of the morning to match her new website being built. The site isn’t up yet, but will be and you should check it out!

Anyways, you should book with her, well worth it I promise you.

Alright folks, I’m making a post 🕺🏽. Another one of thems “SPIRIT HEALERS”. This was a shoot from awhile back, but Markus wanted to finish his website before posting anything. So I puckered by bum until now 🍑.

We had an AWESOME shoot out in the wilderness, markus brought his kick arse doggo (Mogli), I’m glad he did because he’s hilarious, just a big nurturing goofball.

Markus is a guy with his sweet dog, who loves nature and helping people move through really tough arse realities in this lifetime & matrix. He’s a Death Doula!! Not the easiest job to undertake, but he’s doing it.

For real though, a solid human being who wants to help others move through “death”, might seem like a taboo subject, but not to me! This is realty.

He’s been working diligently on his practice and is now ready to show the woooorlddd!
