A recent experience really made me realize how wonderful my clients truly are. Lovely humans who trust me with their heirloom pieces, wedding visions, sentimental talismans… this list goes on. I am so grateful for their trust, patience, ideas + support of Urban Alchemy - YOU mean the absolute world to me! The custom creative process often takes me longer as I really like to sit with the pieces and take time + care with these treasured items.

This year has really been a test of the whole work/life balancing act. A balancing act that I may never fully achieve, but I’m trying! As a full time mom, part-time artist/business owner, I am constantly learning, growing, shifting + balancing personally + professionally! Each day I wake up I’m inspired by the moms I see juggling full time careers, businesses, home, life… all of it! You’re inspiring me to keep moving onward + upward (and at times to pause + soak it ALL in).

This specific custom piece took many months to build with meetings, design changes, mock-ups, and after many studio hours, emails + photos later - Voíla we have this custom hand fabricated heirloom beauty that packs a powerhouse of meaning for the wearer. I love working with this client - she knows her style + each piece we create has intention. She is eclectic, kind, fun, and a REAL gem to work with 💗
