Hearing is important. Without our ears we cannot easily enjoy the music we make. Our hearing is one of those systems in the human body that doesn't grow back. Once the damage is done it's permanent.

To protect your ears, consider wearing over-ear headphones rather than earbuds and follow the 60/60 rule. Listen at a maximum of 60% volume for no more than an hour before taking a break.

Thanks to Interior Mobile Hearing for coming out every year to make sure we can still hear.

For the last several weeks Duchess park has hosted the district Honour Concert Band rehearsals. This group is made up of the best players from all five high schools in Prince George. Can't wait to hear the final product Saturday June 13th at Lheidli T'enneh Park
