An Unfortunate Situation & An Important Policy Update
Today, we had the pleasure of hosting a very special 4-year-old’s birthday celebration at CJ’s Climb and Play!
The birthday party included food and accommodations for approximately 60 people.
Unfortunately, what should have been a wonderful day ended with an outstanding balance of over $600 that has not been paid.
Despite multiple attempts to contact keyanna cook, we have been unsuccessful in resolving the matter and resulted being blocked.
We sincerely hope this can be settled privately and without the need for further action. If anyone knows Keyanna cook we kindly ask that you as her to contact us directly to settle the outstanding balance.
As a result of today’s unfortunate experience, we are implementing a new birthday party policy, effective immediately.
Moving forward, all birthday party bookings must be PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
This is not a decision we wanted to make, but we believe it is necessary to protect our business, our employees, and the families who celebrate with us.
As a small, locally owned and operated business, situations like this have a very real financial impact.
We also never want our staff to be placed in uncomfortable situations involving unpaid bills.
We genuinely appreciate the overwhelming support our community continues to show us, and we hope everyone understands why this change is necessary.
