Thanks so much to you all for liking my page. Here’s the recipe as promised.

Ingredients:

🔅1.5 cups almond flour
🔅1/3 cup organic peanut butter or almond butter
🔅1 egg
🔅1 tbsp melted organic coconut oil
🔅2 tbsp organic maple syrup
🔅1 tsp organic Madagascar vanilla extract
🔅1/4 cup organic unsweetened shredded coconut (you can omit if you like)
🔅1/3 cup vegan or regular chocolate chips
🔅pinch of sea salt

Directions:

✅ Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

✅ Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well until batter is combined

✅Use a tablespoon to portion batter and roll and press cookies onto a greased baking sheet.

✅Bake cookies for approximately 13-16 minutes until the tops start to lightly brown.

✅Remove cookies from baking sheet and allow to cool on wire rack.

✅Eat and enjoy!
