The traditional Korean attire and wedding coordination for the film The Wedding Banquet, which will be released in theaters in 10 days, were provided by Wedding Story and myself(Leeah). The filming took place in Vancouver last May, and the movie is now set to premiere soon.

The Wedding Banquet is an upcoming American romantic comedy directed by Andrew Ahn and co-written by James Schamus.

The film is a remake of the 1993 classic of the same name and features a talented cast, including Bowen Yang, Lily Gladstone, Kelly Marie Tran, Han Gi-chan, Joan Chen, and Youn Yuh-jung.

I am deeply grateful to the director and the entire crew for giving us the honor of being part of this meaningful project. Having walked the path of weddings for so many years, this opportunity means a lot to us. As the release date draws near, we’re beyond excited to watch the film in theaters soon!

앞으로 10일후 극장 상영하게될 영화 'The Wedding Banquet'의 한국 전통 의상과 전통 혼례의 전체 코디를 Weddin Story와 박리아 원장이 맡아 작년 5월에 밴쿠버에서 촬영을 하고 곧 개봉을 앞두고 있습니다.

1993년 중국을 배경으로 다룬 영화를 2025년엔 세계적인  K-문화 열풍으로 한국 문화를 배경으로 리메이킹한 로맨틱 코메디 영화입니다.

헐리우드에서도 잘 알려진 한인 재미교포 앤드류안 감독이 재구성하고 코미디 배우 보앤양, 아카데미 여우 주연상에 노미네이트 되었던 릴리 글레이스톤, 켈리마리등 유명 배우들과 한국의 숨겨져 있던 보석같은 한기찬 배우... 함께 했고 요즘 세대에 가장 핫한 할머니(?) 배우님이자 멋진 여성이신 윤여정 배우님도 함께 출연하셨습니다.

오랫시간 웨딩 한길만 걸어온 저희에게 이런 영광스런 시간을 함께 할 기회 주신 감독님과 스탭 분들께 감사의 마음 전하며 영화가 개봉될날이 가까워지니 극장가서 볼 순간이 너무 기다려지네요~~🩷🩷🩷
