Have you heard of the BMO Vancouver Marathon?! 👀 It’s only ranked one of the world’s top destination and Vancouver’s only Marathon!🙌
The feeling of being a part of making something so special and unique happen is indescribable and unforgettable 😁 Hope you enjoyed the scenic run as much as we enjoyed putting it all together ☺️

🏃This how we kicked off the ☀️summer; with the 2026 Vancouver Sun Run!
Managing an event of 55,000 🏃‍♂️ runners is no easy task but it’s also something incredible to be a part of.✨ Whether you ran, walked or rolled the full 10k or the 2.5k Mini Sun Run, your stride helped you stay fit and helped the community through charity donations! 🙏

We did it! 🌟We brought live events back!

It felt like we produced two year’s worth of events in 4 short months. (We kind of did.) We pushed through shortened/changing timelines, increase costs, limited budgets, staffing shortage & new suppliers. We saw tens of thousands of people come out to celebrate the festivities - we could have done with shorter food truck line ups, but no one can argue we’ve all missed live events!

Thank you to my incredible clients that understood that the event landscape wasn’t the same & worked through it with us!

And most of all, thank you to my “event family” for working tirelessly to make this year a memorable one! 💖
