i could not disappoint. i loved making this one !
i made a caramel chocolate cake with a hazelnut mousse filling. iced with a vanilla buttercream and topped with a chocolate ganache.
decorated with a 3dimensional 100% eatable floating ghost !!

this rainbow design cake filled with a double chocolate cake and filling ! went along with 2doz cupcakes to match!

Over the weekend I had an 89 year old birthday celebration. I Wanted to make something special. I made from scratch, a Karpatka cake, which consists of two layers of choux pastry and delicious pastry cream in between. Dusted with powdered sugar. I also couldn't decided on no topping or with fresh berries.. this was delicious both ways, and was loved by all.
