A note to our 2026 Christmas Market vendors and those who wish to apply 🤍
We’ve been made aware of unofficial emails impersonating the Westwood Christmas Market and contacting vendors regarding applications and payment.
To help keep our vendors protected, please keep the following in mind:
• The only official vendor application is available through our website. (Link is in our bio.)
• All official communication regarding applications, vendor selection, and contracts will come directly from our official email addresses. ([email protected] or [email protected])
• Selected vendors will be sent an official contract from Westwood Estates. Once we receive a signed copy, an invoice will be sent and can then be paid via cash, cheque or e-transfer.
We will begin reviewing applications when they close on September 14th, and all applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by September 21st.
If you receive a suspicious message, application link, or payment request, please do not respond, click any links, or send payment or personal information.
If you’re ever unsure whether a message is genuinely from us, please reach out to us directly and we’ll be happy to verify it.
