Our talented friend shared her photos from Madison and Donny's summer wedding, a day our team coordinated at a serene waterfront cottage in Apsley. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to reflect their journey and Heather captured their magic ✨🩷

Wheelhouse worked with Jen and Omar to bring their waterfront ceremony and reception to life. The sunny October weather set the scene for a beautiful outdoor “I do” later that afternoon. After the ceremony, our team transformed the space into a cozy outdoor café, complete with heaters, soft blankets and great music drifting through the backyard. Guests enjoyed a delicious buffet of Middle Eastern favourites while the little ones had their own snack station stocked with juice boxes, hot chocolate and plenty of treats. It was the perfect fall day in every way.

As the year winds down, I’ve been thinking about the moments that made it unforgettable. These photos from Emma and Myles’ August wedding at their family cottage still make me smile. On one hot summer day, they turned their cottage into the most joyful day camp ever. Wheelhouse kept the fun running with coordination and bartending while everyone swam, battled it out in team games, grazed on snacks, hit the ice cream bar and devoured pizzas from Night Kitchen’s mobile truck. The dress code was simple: team tees and shorts!

We’ve been all over the map this wedding season — literally! From cozy countryside vows to waterfront celebrations, every pin (and multiple at each!) marks a story we were lucky to be part of. What an incredible journey it’s been!

On September 13, we had the joy of working alongside an incredible team of vendors to bring Jackie and Adam’s wedding at Farmhill Weddings and Events - PTBO to life. From managing rental orders and logistics to setting tables and handling teardown, it was such a privilege to play a part in their beautiful day.
