I have experience decorating cakes for the past 15 years for Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries and any other requests. I create custom floral arrangements for Funerals, Birthday`s, Parties, Anniversaries and Weddings. I have attended a local farmers market for the past 10 years selling floral arrangements and flowers from my own garden. I create seasonal flower planters such as; Thanksgiving pum

pkin flower centerpieces, Christmas planters with dog wood, birch, evergreen pieces, succulent planters, spring, summer and Fall planters. My craft creations are currently Children`s Tutus and Fairy Houses. I am always looking for new and exciting creations and am always open to requests.

Elevate your salads with this Classic Homemade Greek Dressing! 🥗

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice until well combined.
2. Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
3. Whisk the ingredients together until the dressing is emulsified and the herbs are evenly distributed.
4. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning, if necessary, by adding more salt or pepper according to your preference.
5. Transfer the Greek dressing to a glass jar or bottle with a tight-fitting lid.
6. Store the dressing in the refrigerator for up to one week.
7. Before using, give the dressing a good shake to re-emulsify any separated ingredients.

Yield: Makes about 3/4 cup of dressing

Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta 🍝

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces pasta (such as spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 4 (16-ounces) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 1 stick (1/2-cup) butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
- ½ cup Shredded Reduced Fat 4-Cheese Italian
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Lightly grease a baking dish with a pat of butter.
3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; arrange chicken in a single layer in prepared baking dish and set aside.
4. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
5. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
6. Stir in minced garlic and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
7. Stir in fresh rosemary and remove from heat.
8. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
9. Bake chicken for 30 to 32 minutes, or until the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
10. During the last 10 minutes of baking, prepare the pasta.
11. When chicken is cooked through, remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken. Return to the oven for an additional 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
12. Remove chicken from oven and let it stand for a couple of minutes.
13. Slice or shred chicken into bite-sized pieces.
14. To serve, divide pasta among plates, top with sliced chicken, spoon garlic butter sauce over each serving, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
