‼️ SHOW INFORMATION ‼️
1. Tables are $50 each and that includes an 8’ table and 2 chairs
Table coverings are not provided, you must provide your own.
2. Donna Reid and Michelle Canning are the ONLY facilitators of this event. Please let us know if you are contacted by anyone else, as we have had several people trying to “poach” and/or contact our vendors and we do not want any of our vendors to be involved in any sort of scam.
3. Donna Reid is the only person that you will send money to for the event
4. We carefully screen our vendors to make sure that everyone has their own unique items to sell to avoid competing products in our shows. Prior to booking, please specify the items that you would like to bring to the show. Donna Reid oversees bookings – she will be able to advise if you are able to participate in the show. Many of our vendors bring multiple products, and we try our hardest to avoid crossovers, but sometimes there are similar items at our shows. If you have any issues with this, please bring these to our attention so we can address it.
5. Full payment for the show is due upon acceptance. As of January 1, 2023 we no longer offer refunds.
If payment is not received within 48hrs we WILL NOT hold your table.
6. If we have to cancel a show for lack of interest or any other reason, we will move your payment to another show or refund your money for the show.
7. We allow 1 vendor per table - no table sharing
8. Set-up time begins at 8am (please no early birds) and take down time begins at 3pm (again please no early birds – remember when one person starts taking down their display, all generally follow) and some of our customers come late in the show. Show time will continue to be 10am – 3pm.
9. After unloading your products, please move your car to allow for customers to be able to park close to the entrance. It should be noted that you can unload at the back door or patio door for easier access. Please come in and ask us for the door to be unlocked for access.
10. Vendors will be limited to two people (including children) at every table. We will make exception for a third person being one baby under the age of 1.
11. Please be mindful of your space – no encroaching on the space allotted to other vendors. We have 8-foot tables for every vendor. If you would like to have side racks, please bring your own smaller table to allow for the space that your side racks will take.
12. Vendors will continue to be supplied with a light lunch with coffee, tea, and/or bottled water. Lunch will be served at your vendor table. Coffee, tea and water will be available at any time during the show.
13. Smoking is only permitted on the patio area at the Peterborough Legion.
Although we can’t guarantee your success at every show, we try our very best to advertise and bring people into the Legion, as well as listen to your feedback to continue to improve our vendor’s experience at every show.
