Pretty sure neither of them saw this coming — but I think they’d be excited about how life turned out.

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately — but behind the scenes, life (and Glass House) has been anything but. It feels like a good time to re-introduce ourselves.

We’re Kaitie & Dylan — the husband-and-wife team behind Glass House Events — and we’ve been creating outdoor celebrations together for the past 3 years.

We truly believe the best celebrations happen on family land, at cottages, at camps — all the places filled with your favourite memories. We know that feeling firsthand. We got married on the shoreline of the lake where we first met (and spent that entire summer ripping around on a Sea-Doo and falling in love).

Now we’re a family of three — or seven if you count our four-legged crew 🐾 🐴

When we aren’t planning or executing events, Dylan is running his own business and I’m working in product development and continuous improvement at a local manufacturing company. We’re big on building things — businesses, ideas, spaces, experiences. There’s always a project on the go over here… renos, landscaping, late-night layout planning — we genuinely just like to stay busy.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that, Glass House has grown into something bigger than we imagined.
