Ariel has been bringing events to life since 2018, when her love for planning her own celebration turned into a career. With an eye for décor and a passion for transforming blank spaces into something magical, she thrives on seeing her clients’ visions come together—especially those private reveal moments filled with joy.

Known for her energy, optimism, and strong communication with vendors, Ariel is a true collaborator who always finds the best outcome for clients. On event day, you’ll find her with a half-sweet salted caramel cold brew in hand, an emergency kit stocked with everything from safety pins to mints, and a smile that keeps the team going.

Outside of events, Ariel is energetic, sarcastic, and empathetic—and a proud Justin Bieber fan. Her dream event destination? Tulum, Mexico. When she’s not planning, she loves stretching out, watching lighthearted sitcoms, and reminiscing about one of her coolest experiences: releasing 200 baby turtles into the ocean in Sri Lanka. 🐢

Say hello to Chelsea, one of our incredible Event Planners here at Paradox & Enchanted! With 15 years of experience in the events industry, Chelsea has planned everything from large-scale conferences to dreamy vineyard weddings. 🍇✨

💡 Her superpower? A calm, collected presence that helps clients relax and enjoy their special day (plus a touch of MacGyver-level resourcefulness!).

🌈 Most memorable moment: When a sudden downpour at a vineyard wedding turned into a breathtaking double rainbow over Okanagan Lake. Pure magic!

🎶 Fun fact: Chelsea is a creative DIYer and home renovator with a she-shed full of tools and craft supplies — her ultimate happy place.

"With over 7 years in the events industry, Katie brings a perfect mix of organization, creativity, and quick thinking to every celebration. Her path to planning was a natural evolution after years in hospitality and finance, where she developed a keen eye for detail and a love for bringing people together.
Katie’s favourite part of the job? Seeing everyone happy—and, of course, the food! She’s always ready for the unexpected (armed with Tide to Go, zip ties, and hairspray), and is the calm in the chaos when things don’t go quite to plan. One unforgettable moment? Watching the clouds part and sunlight hit the mountain just as a couple said “I do”—pure magic.

Fun, kind, and determined, Katie dreams of planning a wedding in Greece and can belt out more Disney songs than most adults dare to admit. When she’s not on-site with a Booster Juice in hand, you’ll find her unwinding with a well-earned glass of red wine."
