“Name the Kombi” Contest

🥳 Celebrating 5 Years of Skies The Limit Events & Tours! Help Us Name Our Beloved Kombi!

We’re turning 5 years old next year, and to mark the milestone we want YOU to name our legendary 1966 Volkswagen Kombi! It’s been our chariot through South Okanagan's best wineries, breweries, and cideries and now it needs a catchy, creative name to match.

Grand Prize Includes:

Naming rights your chosen name will be proudly displayed on the side of the Kombi!

A free tour for four choose from wineries, breweries, or a mix

A professional photo with the bus

A one-night stay for four at the Ramada Hotel in Penticton

Dinner for four at a top local Penticton restaurant

How to Enter:

Submit your proposed name for the Kombi and tell us why it fits.

Deadline to submit: Sept 30th 2025

Contest Structure:

The top 10 entries will move on to the second round.

We’ll ask those finalists a few fun follow-up questions to help us choose someone who truly gets the spirit behind our Kombi.

Our winner will be the new namesake with all the perks listed above!

🍷🎉 **BIRTHDAY BASH ON WHEELS (…mostly 😅)** 🎉🚐💨

This weekend, we had the absolute joy of taking three fabulous ladies on a vintage wine tour to celebrate a **43rd birthday** and let’s just say, it was one for the books! 📖✨

They brought the energy with sing-alongs that rivaled karaoke night, a custom scavenger hunt that had us all in stitches, and of course plenty of wine, laughs, and breathtaking views. 🍇🎶🥂

Oh, and the vintage bus? She added a little extra adventure with a few unexpected hiccups. 🚐💁‍♀️ Let’s just say… she kept us on our toes (and made the wine taste even better 🍷😅).

Thanks to these three legends for making the day unforgettable proof that 43 is still thriving, wine-loving, and always ready to sing ABBA at full volume. And looking fabulous while doing it 💃💃💃

🍷🚌 Vintage Wine, Vintage Ride, Vintage Vibes 🎉

Took these birthday queens on a wine tour in my trusty 1966 VW Kombi and somewhere between the vineyards and the vino, I found myself wearing “Happy Birthday” glasses and taking selfies like it was my party too. 🤓🥳

We cruised, we sipped, we laughed way too hard, and I’m 99% sure the Kombi is still recovering from the karaoke. 🎶🍇

Best part? I got to be the tour guide, the driver, and the official hype man. Living the dream, one birthday at a time. 🚌🍷💃
