You’ve all made a difference for Music Healing Veterans Canada: Upper Ottawa Valley, On Chapter by donating to help them buy instruments, so they can teach veterans, first responders etc with physical/mental struggles as a way of healing.

Thank you to Fitzy’s for allowing us to have this event there.

The evening was bitter sweet for the Last Hurrah for Lasso Live. Thank you to Lasso Live for the years of live music and great times. Thank you to all of you who participated. It was an epic event.

A Message from the Heart — Lasso Live

After 20 unforgettable years with Lasso Live — starting behind the bar and eventually becoming the owner — the time has come to close this chapter.

Since day one, our mission has been simple: support musicians and our wider community, support local causes, and give people a place to come together meet new friends and make memories.

I’ve always believed that businesses in this industry should work together, not against one another. Sadly, not everyone shares that belief. We appreciate all of the many amazing people and establishments that have shown support over the years.

We have heard the rumors too. And let me be clear: we were not shut down for serving underage minors.

We have always taken pride in hiring top-tier security and maintaining a safe, responsible environment. .

Considering the combination of personal challenges, today’s changing bar environment and with our lease up for renewal, we made the difficult decision not to reopen Lasso Live.

To our loyal patrons, talented bands, special guest acts, hardworking staff, and every person who ever stepped through our doors: thank you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for believing in what we built, for dancing, laughing, and making memories with us.

We’ll always remember the love and support you gave to us at Lasso Live.
