These services often appear at the top of search results, but they are not local shops. When you order through them, your request is frequently outsourced to various providers, which can lead to inconsistencies in quality, delivery, or pricing.
To ensure our customers receive the highest quality service and the exact arrangements they expect, it is the policy of Radiance Florist & Gift Shop to work directly with our clients rather than through third-party floral networks.
If you want to ensure you are supporting a true local business and receiving the best value for your flowers, we recommend the following:
* Check the address: Look for a physical street address on the website and verify it is actually in your local area.
* Look for local contact info: A local shop will have a local phone number, not a national 1-800 line or a generic call center number.
* Visit their social media: A real local florist will have a history of their own work, photos of their actual shop, and community engagement, rather than just stock photos.
* Call the shop directly: If you are unsure, call the shop. A local florist will be able to answer specific questions about their inventory, delivery times, and custom designs immediately.
