Starting this fall all NL Promotions shows at The Classic will be assigned seating! 🔥🤠 We may have news on what that show is next week!

💺ASSIGNED SEATING UPDATE 💺

Just wanted to provide a little info regarding the "long awaited", "highly anticipated" assigned seating option coming to the Classic! :) We just received confirmation that we'll be opening TOY STORY 5 on June 19. This had been our target date to begin using assigned seating so now that we have confirmation, we are ready to move ahead! Below is a shot of our seat map. We have added 30+ additional overflow seats and just wanted to provide a little info. These seats are located in the first 3 rows of the center section and 2 in each front row on the sides (closest to the screen). As of now, these overflow seats do not have cup holders and when/if you book them, there'll be a flag at the top of the page that indicates you are booking overflow seating. These are affixed, standard theater seats.💺Not plastic seats.

Also, we have added 2 wheelchair accessible locations that can be booked, along with a companion seat directly beside if needed. We are also looking at other additions and enhancements over the coming months that focus on accessibility and inclusivity. As well, you can now reserve a Captiview Closed Captioning Device when you book your seat and it will be ready for you upon arrival. We have 2 units at the present time.

Stay tuned as we launch our very first, assigned seating engagement within the next few minutes. :) Tickets for Toy Story 5 will be available very shortly!

We’re beyond proud to share that St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador will host Country Music Week and the CCMA Music Awards from September 15 to 18! 🤠❤️🎵

The Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) is bringing Canada’s biggest celebration of country music to our incredible city, with the 2027 Country Music Week and the CCMA Music Awards set to close out the weekend in spectacular fashion on Saturday, September 18.

Over four amazing days, we’ll come together to celebrate the very best of country music in Canada through performances, events, and unforgettable moments.

This national event is made possible through the support of our dedicated partners, Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, Mary Brown's Centre and the 2027 Host Committee.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Destination St. John's for an incredible week of music, connection, and celebration. Stay tuned for more announcements.
