This position is perfect for someone who:

✔️ Can stay organized under pressure
Experience in food service is an asset but attitude and work ethic matter most.
This is event-based and seasonal with varied hours (evenings & weekends required).

I still suck at taking food pictures, heres some of the feedback from today's catering!

They had Brisket, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Ribs, Smoked Mashed Potatoes and Smoked Dill Pickle Pasta!

We feed them again in less than 2 weeks, a huge compliment to get asked to cook again for them.
