Smoked pork loin stuffed with a cranberry cornbread dressing topped with a mushroom gravy, bacon Mac n' cheese, a red cabbage winter salad and a cheese corn bread biscuit and finally a hassleback apple crisp with ice cream and topped with carmel

That was the menu for the Hockey Day in Canada gala dinner for 360 people. What a great couple of days and we are so grateful for having been part of the evening. We focused on local foods featuring Ontario pork( Ontario Pork ) , local cheese ( The Cheese Gallery ) , apples and ice cream ( Big Bay General Store ).

It was a great night and we can't wait to see the rest of the festivities over the next few days! Thanks for putting such a great program together Scotiabank !
