Delights by Mama We are a locally-owned business specializing in vibrant Latin American cuisine We love to highlight one of our most beloved dishes: The Empanada.

We are a locally-owned business run by two passionate women, Jessica and Ivana, who specialize in the vibrant flavors of Latin American cuisine. Our journey began unofficially 18 years ago when Ivana, a certified chef from Colombia, relocated to Canada. She deeply missed the authentic tastes of her homeland and was inspired to share her culinary heritage with the local community. It was during this time that she crossed paths with Jessica, who shared a similar vision. Together, Jessica and Ivana have been enchanting our community with the exquisite delights of Latin American cuisine. Their culinary expertise has been showcased at numerous festivals and events in Toronto, and they have even had the honor of catering for various embassies, including the Colombian embassy, here in the heart of our nation's capital. Renowned worldwide, empanadas are a culinary masterpiece. Bursting with flavor and encased in a perfectly crisp pastry, these savory delights are a testament to the artistry of Latin American cuisine. With every bite, you'll experience a harmonious blend of spices, succulent fillings, and a touch of cultural heritage that will transport your taste buds to the vibrant streets of Latin America.
