Here are the final details about our event Conscious Wave presents Jonah K with WUBZYDUBZ, Forreal & Blindside at the Arts Court/Cour des arts featuring Jonah K, Robyn Wubzy Rose, Forreal & Blindside ! 💚

Studio Black Box can be accessed in two ways thru the Arts Court building. You can enter from 2 Daly Avenue (the big staircase) on floor 1, or you can enter from 67 Nicholas Street beside Club SAW (wheelchair accessible) on floor zero and use the elevator or stairs to get to the third floor.

If you want to hit a v**e, smoke or use cannabis, we ask that you please go to the sidewalk off the Arts Court property. 😊

We have rented a few subs and speakers to add to the existing setup and have a bar ready to serve you b**r, c***r, seltzers, pop and non-alcoholic drinks. 🍸

Lastly there are bathrooms and a water fountain directly outside of the studio and we will have lots of harm reduction supplies to keep everyone safe (more information on our ticket page). 🎟️

ARTIST HIGHLIGHT #3 🔊💚

Forreal is an Ottawa based DJ who started spinning records in 2006 in Toronto. Since then he has played alongside the likes of Jayline, Serum, Blackley, Marcus Visionary & more.

He is also the owner of Guttersnipe Sound Crew who have hosted dnb & jungle events in Ottawa for the past 2 years. His technical mixing style and arsenal of dubs will have you dancing from start to finish. 🌊

ARTIST HIGHLIGHT #2 🔊💚

WUBZYDUBZ is a producer / DJ from Ottawa. They've been playing guitar (with a focus on death metal) and DJ'ing for over a decade.

Wubzy used to be a full-time DJ streamer but stepped back to focus on producing & crafting their own sound. These days she's been DJ'ing & producing EDM and delivering locked in sets rooted in deep dubstep, jungle, UKG & trap.

For our event you can expect a deep, dark, bassy set, fluent mixing and lots of surprises. We are thrilled to have her behind the decks this Saturday. 🌊

Blindside is a DJ from Ottawa. From appearances at Midnight Forever Festival, Minutes Til' Midnight and Vortex, we couldn't be more excited to have him closing out the evening this Saturday with lots of deep dubstep, bass music and festival vibes. 🌊

After our Ottawa event debut in May we are BACK for a sequel !🌊💜

Welcome to the second edition of our new DJ / producer showcase presenting a foundational artist / organizer in Canada's underground rave scene Jonah K (ONSET AUDIO // Samsara Beats) alongside WUBZYDUBZ, Forreal & Blindside from Ottawa.

We are thrilled to team up with Studio Black Box on the 3rd floor of the Arts Court/Cour des arts building to bring you clear sound & lighting, a bar with alcoholic & non-alcoholic drink options and good vibes in a safe, intimate space. 🫶

As for music you can expect a bassy, curated lineup touching on deep dubstep, drum & bass, jungle, halftime, bass music & more. 🎶
