Say hello to Ajeena 👋.
🇮🇳 Ajeena was born and raised in Kerala, a southern state of India. She completed her bachelor’s degree in English Literature there, though her true passion has always been design, flowers, and decoration.
🌸 She originally hoped to study fashion design after high school, but she instead completed a bachelor’s degree in Literature. Still determined to follow her passion, she turned it into a side business, creating custom handmade floral arrangements for weddings. As clients began requesting floral elements for bridesmaids’ outfits, she naturally expanded into dress design, which eventually led her to develop unique stage décor. This progression ultimately sparked her enthusiasm for event planning.
⭐ Ajeena has been part of the Rogers Centre Ottawa family for three years and three months. Every day brings her new learning and fresh experiences, no two days are ever the same. It’s an environment that continually inspires growth and allows her to flourish within the event industry.
🥂 A fun fact you might not know: despite working in the event industry, she actually prefers hosting or working behind the scenes more than attending events. When it comes to being a guest, she is quite introverted, but put her behind the scenes, and that’s where she truly feels at home.
