What would you do in Montreal if you were there for a day?

Plan is either November 24th or the 1st of dec. Leave Ottawa about 7:00 am, reach the best dim sum place at 9:00 am in Montreal called Kam fung, from 11:00-5:00 we have the option of deciding go to the biodome, visit a church, go shopping, etc. At 5:30 go to the biggest all-you-can-eat sushi place called Kanda, and leave Montreal at about 8:00. Any suggestions?
