Now that it’s official - I will be returning to Sacred Heart as Sr. O.A. this summer. I am THRILLED! I am so thankful for all my SHHS peeps, and many others, that reached out to encourage me. Ya’ll know how to make a gal feel supported, and it means the world. I’ll miss so many of the staff at St. Joe’s, but I’m looking forward to walking to work again, and spending more time with my family.

Catering drop-off for a party in Stittsville - Coconut Shrimp with Tamarind Ginger dip, Greek Chicken Skewers with our own Tatziki, and a custom meat and cheese display are just a few of the items we were able to create and serve. Everything looked fantastic! The hostess is a wonderful woman that I work with, and it is clear that she knows how to entertain a crowd.

This week-end, Pink Umbrella will be at the Wedding Palace Bridal show representing Cedarhill Golf and Country Club. Nina will be there on Saturday and Matthew will be there on Sunday to answer questions and invite brides and grooms to come and see everything Cedarhill Golf and Country Club can offer to them and their guests.
