I am extremely honoured and excited to be asked back again this year as Ambassador for the 46th annual 2024 Royal Canadian Legion- National Youth Track and Field Championships.

My wife Leah and I will be in attendance in Calgary - August 9th-14th, 2023.

I am looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and new faces as well.

Competition season is an exciting time to turn your energies into new goals.
