Meet Good Grazes
Good Grazes is owned and operated by Patrick Mineault and Angie Sauvé. The couple are Ottawa-based foodies with a range of experience in the hospitality, customer service, and communications industries.
Patrick was born in Québec City and moved to Ottawa in his early teen years. He has a degree from the University of Ottawa in Leisure & Tourism, as well as certifications in hotel management, bartending, and advanced wine tasting.
Patrick is also the General Manager of Goodies Fine Catering, a family-owned and operated business which has been serving clients in the Ottawa-Gatineau region since 1984.
Angie Sauvé was born and raised in Ottawa. She is a marketing and communications specialist and runs Quirk Communications, a digital marketing and social media services agency that works for associations and small businesses. She has extensive experience in client/member relations and the not for profit sector.
Patrick and Angie share a love of food, entertaining, and entrepreneurship and have launched Good Grazes as their first joint venture.
