Dear valued customers! We are working with our customers as the majority are having to postpone their children's party to a later date. Customers can use their deposit as a credit toward rescheduling their party. When a customer re-schedules their party for a later date, we will work with them in making sure that we can attend the party. In some instances, we are working with customers who want to change the theme for their party to a Christmas party (we offer an Elf during Christmas) or changing the character, depending on the child's wishes. Thank you for your understanding during this time. COVID-19 is affecting so many, especially small businesses, and we hope that everyone stays safe and healthy during this time!
