We’ve been thinking a lot about honeymoons lately… 🤍✈️

Before we ever started our businesses, travel was such a huge part of our lives. From living and working abroad to exploring new places together, some of our favourite memories have come from seeing the world.

That’s why partnering with Expedia Cruises - Air, Land & Sea Vacations has been such an exciting part of building The Meadows. A beautiful wedding deserves a beautiful plan.

An outdoor wedding shouldn’t leave you wondering, “What if it rains?” or “What if it gets cold?” It should leave you feeling excited, confident, and completely taken care of.

That’s why every wedding at The Meadows comes with so much more than a venue. We work alongside every couple to create a personalized plan for their day—including an individualized rain plan, weather contingencies, timeline planning, and thoughtful backup options designed specifically for your wedding.

Hosting outdoor weddings isn’t about hoping for perfect weather. It’s about being prepared for every possibility.

Fall evenings? Our reception tent can be heated.

Unexpected weather? We already have a plan before the first cloud appears.

Timeline changes? We’ve thought through those too.

Our goal is simple: we want you to spend your wedding day making memories—not making decisions.

There is something undeniably magical about our weeping willows. 🌿

They create the kind of backdrop that feels straight out of an editorial—soft, cinematic, romantic, and completely effortless. No elaborate installations. No over-the-top décor. Just nature doing what it does best.

From the willow-lined fields to the sandy beach, the peaceful lake, open meadows, and surrounding forest, every corner of our property offers a timeless setting that photographs beautifully in every season. It’s the kind of beauty that never goes out of style.

A little update for our 2027 couples: September is now officially fully booked, and October is beginning to fill quickly with only a handful of weekends still available.
