One of my most memorable experience at was participating on the 2010 Iron Chef Competition team lead by at the ACC now against Niagara college and Humber College.

Winning the gold medal 🥇 makes it even more special.

A had the privilege of providing a chefs table / demo experience for Spencer and Alannah and their friends and it was amazing.
